Malwarebytes and rootkit.poweliks

I have ran malwarebytes (free edition) 15/20 times; every time it finds two registry keys (detected item rootkit.poweliks -HKLM\SOFTWARE\CLASSES\CLSID\{73E709EA-.......). It identifies this every time, these are deleted and then I reboot; it comes back with the it again. is there a solution to rootikit.poweliks ? Have been reading online for a solution and no luck. have tried couple of other tools - roguekiller , avg.
