Nasty internet connection problem

Hello to everyone, I'm having a serious issue with malwarebytes and my internet connection.

First of all, I have a Windows 8.1 OS, a D-Link modem, McAfee LiveSafe, Malwarebytes Anti-Exploits Free and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (Premium) 2.0.2.1012 - database version v2014.8.18.09.

I suppose it's not a router problem because it works perfectly with my cellphone, my sister too, the tablet and my other laptop - which has a Windows 7 Home OS. I've setted the same DNS on both computers and I have the SAME version of MBAM.

The problem is that when I try to open google, or wikipedia, I always got this message: Firefox can't establish a connection to the server. I tried with Internet Explorer and I get the same message too. But if I disable the Real time protection, then this sites starts to work out.

What can I do to fix this issue?

Hello and :welcome: :

Let's get a bit more system information to see what's going on.

The staff and experts may need additional data, but these logs will be a good starting point.

Please read the following and post back attached to your next reply the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs (the 3 logs are: FRST.txt, Addition.txt and CheckResults.txt)

NOTE: There is an FAQ section with valuable information located here - Common Questions, Issues, and their Solutions

Thanks,

P.S. The mod team will probably move this topic to the MBAM support section >>here<<. No worries, though. ;)
