Wacom driver not loading

I recently installed a new Intuos 5 drawing tablet and all worked fine at first but now I'm getting driver not found messages when I start up.

Per Wacom I've reinstalled drivers just per their instructions but still having the problem. Wacom support has recieved a number of similar complaints and suggest that firewall, virus or other protection may be blocking the driver load. Is there a way I can temp disable Malwarebytes to see if this is the problem? If I remove using control panel can I reinstall from your website I have the paid version? I'm

using Norton 360 and firefox. Wacom said some ad block software may also be a problem? Thanks for any help.
