Infected with virus wont allow install of Malwarebytes

Hi, I really need help. I have downloaded something and now I think it has infected my pc with some virus. At first my computer was normal but whenever I tried to open up malwarebytes it would come up with an error or not do anything at all. I decided to use the mbam remove tool and it removed everything that malwarebytes installed, but when I tried to re-install malwarebytes an error always comes up saying "Internal error: Expression error 'Runtime Error (at 79:177): External exception E06d7361" and a few more error after that. I have also used the programs to check the logs please help me with this issue It would be much appreciated.

The logs indicate the computer has issues that need attention those actions are not permitted in this sub-forum.
