Just installed Malwarebytes Premium- How do I view what has been blocked

Just joined today.

Initially after first scan I went into log and found several sites had been blocked including "194.165.0.3".

 

Tonight I went into logs again and could not locate the details of the sites, with I.P. address, seen earlier today.

 

Log shows details like

 

path>C:\Users\Peter\Downloads\Setup(1).exe</path><vendor>PUP.Optional.AirAdInstaller</vendor><action>success</action><hash>746dc9fdb2c9a5912f0645f5956b728e</hash>

 

I take it that these were blocked, but why would the page with the IP above not show tonight?

Any help  for this newby appreciated

IP blocks are logged in the Protection Logs.
(See screenshot.)
 
FYI, the IP you list is in Russia, and you mention that MBAM has detected at least one PUP.
 
So, it sounds as if you might be infected.
We can't work on malware diagnostics and removal in this sub-section of the forum.

So, for expert assistance, I suggest that you might wish to please follow the advice in this pinned topic: Available Assistance For Possibly Infected Computers.
A malware analyst will guide you through checking your computer for malware and through the cleanup process.
