Runtime error while downloading Malwarebytes

I'v installed Malywarebytes before but this time i keep getting a runtime error during installation. It installs but doesn't open. I'v tried installing and uninstalling over and over but nothing changes. I looked in the pinned topic at the top of the forum but that doesn't help me. Please help.

Please restart the computer and try again or follow the directions here.

 

1. Please uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest version. MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x
2. If that does not correct the issue then please read the following and post back the requested logs. - Diagnostic Logs
