Can't download Webshots

I have tried downloading Webshots.  I tried using FireFox, Opera, Chrome & IE.  None of them allow me to download. 

 

I thought maybe I had a virus or Trojan.  I scaned using Malware, MS Security Essentials, Spybot, SpyBlaster, Trend Micro HouseCaller, & Stinger.  Nothing was found.  I then downloaded Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit did not find anything.

 

I then try and login to a webiste (I use for freelance work but can't state name) and I am not able to login from my device.  I do not know if my problem is computer related or because of satellie internet.  I tried logging in to the freelance site using my Kindle Fire but was unable.  I do not know if the Kindle Fire is unable to process the site or because of my internet. 

 

Any suggesstions, ideas, opinions on what to try next will be greatly appreciated. 

 

When offering suggestions on what to do next, please understand that I am NOT tech savvy and need detailed explaintations.

Despite the logical anti-malware, anti-virus steps you have taken, I recommend following the advice from the topic: Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers and have one of the Malware Removal Experts assist you with your issue.

If you would like to get off to a very fast start, the Malware Removal Experts would appreciate it if you would also Copy and Paste both the FRST.txt and the Addition.txt output diagnostic reports from only Log Set 1 into your new topic.
