3 Computer coverage question...

I ran into a brief issue when I recently reformatted my ssd. I was using Bitdefender and Malwarebytes. I noticed on the Bitdefender site that under the fresh windows install it was showing 2 different computers under the account. Now, this was my fault as I chose a different computer name under the fresh install. However, it was a simple fix to just deselect the coverage over the "old" one. I cannot find such an option with Malwarebytes. Is there somewhere I can do that to insure that I'm not having one of my three computers covered tied to an old install?
