Malwarebytes wont start on boot-up, process isn't there, cant open it, and Chameleon is not working

Basically what the title says. I dont know what's going on but all of a sudden today when I boot my computer up, once in windows everything seemed slower to start up, of course mainly start up processes like rainmeter, MSI afterburner, logitech/razer processes etc. After that, normal speed, everything is okay. But wait. Where is malwarebytes? Didn't see it in my tasks, strange. Opened up task/process manager and I could not find a single MBAM related process for both system/user. That was even weirder. So I go open up chameleon. What I actually opened was the help document that shows all 13 buttons for different type chameleons. Went through all 13. All failed to open up malwarebytes. My computer seems to be running entirely fine other than when it first boots into windows like that. My only other virus/malware scanner is Microsoft security essentials. I did a full scan and nothing came up. Any help to why malwarebytes wont even open at all?

1. Please uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest version. MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x
