Cannot remove malware

Recommended Posts

I've ran into that same issue on the alleged virus free Chromebook which I haven't turned on in what is probably a year now. I have no idea how to get rid of it and especially on a Chromebook. Google support is horrendous and nobody cares if a virus is infecting anything. Other recent problems have been with Chrome on my laptop with an AVG exploit that never goes away. I've tried HitmanPro and it amazingly it removed the Claro malware that has been pestering my system for well over a year now but this AVG malware is ridiculous as it's nearly impossible to remove even with Revuninstaller. It's like you have to get malware to get rid of the old malware which Revounistaller caused the persistent AVG issue. I'm at a loss as two of the most powerful malware removers can't get rid of it. Bitdefender, Norton NPE, nothing.

Very sorry for the delay. The site has been very busy and there has been more demand for support than we were able handle for a while there.
I'm just now getting back to see if you still need help or not. If you do please reply back and let me know and I'll go ahead and assist you.

Thank you
