Database is out of date

Hi. I keep getting a message saying 'databases out of date'. When I click on the green 'update now' button, it disappears then reapperas several times. On the dashboard, if I click on 'FIX NOW' nothing happens. Can you help? Please keep any answers simple as I have very little knowledge about computers.

Probably in the current order of likelihood, please check these items:

● Check that "Detected Threats" are not pending action. Please single left-click the "Scan" button, at the top of the MBAM2 GUI, to verify that no threats await the user's action.

● Check that your Anti-Virus, and system's firewall, give MBAM2 full permissions. Your Anti-Virus, or system's firewall, might be detecting MBAM2 as a threat and may be blocking it. The files that may need to be excluded are found >>HERE<<.

● Check that your Window's date & time are correct.

If the above checks have not resolved your issue:

• Try the following and let us know if this corrects your issue: MBAM Clean Removal Process 2.x.
• If that does not correct the issue, then please read the following and individually attach the 3 requested logs in a reply to this thread: Diagnostic Logs.
• The 3 files, from Step 2, to be individually attached (and not compressed) from your desktop are: CheckResults.txt, FRST.txt and Addition.txt.
