Something consuming bandwidth, Hijack this scan

Good afternoon,

 

I have been having bandwidth problems for quite some time and have done many, many things to find out what is doing it:  It goes from 5mbps to 22mbps download randomly. I pay for 22mbps.  The upload speed is always about 2mbps, which it should be. Without listing all that I've done yet, here is my hijack log. I would like to get rid of anything that I can I run Windows 7, 64 bit. It's updated, as my drivers are  I have Bit Meter and I see a lot of overlapping of download and upload when I'm downloading.  My download speed was about 22mbps when I did the hijack scan.

Scan with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
 
Please download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and save it to your desktop.

• Install the progam and select update.
• Once updated, click the Settings tab, in the left panel choose Detctions & protection and tick Scan for rootkits.
• Click the Scan tab, choose Threat Scan is checked and click Scan Now.
• If threats are detected, click the Apply Actions button. You will now be prompted to reboot. Click Yes.
• Upon completion of the scan (or after the reboot), click the History tab.
• Click Application Logs and double-click the Scan Log.
• At the bottom click Export and choose Text file.
• Save the file to your desktop and include its content in your next reply.
