Malewarebytes has the worst customer service I have ever seen. They reply with general and vague form replies but give no definitive answers. VERY FRUSTRATED! That sub-forum is always busy and is usually worked by someone 24/7. Please try to understand that the Malware Analysts are volunteers and yet they work surprisingly long and grueling hours. As per the instructions you likely read in the pinned topics there: If no one has replied to your new topic after 48 hours please contact a Moderator or Administrator to let them know. A response was sent on July 9, and they have not heard back from you since that time. Your ticket is still open. Check your Junk Mail, Spam, etc. for a response from Malwarebytes.
