Weird problem with MBAM

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone,

Lately I had a weird problem with MBAM. My computer started up and sometimes MBAM did work properly, other times it just was closed due to an unexpected problem. It happened even when I had my computer on for a few hours. I didn't use MBAM or so, but it suddenly closed down. Last Saturday it was just being too bad.

MBAM didn't startup with startup, so I reinstalled it and then the older version was removed and a newer one was installed. I had that problem a couple of times because I didn't deinstall the other version first. Didn't want to, because I had lost my lifetime subscription due to this, but there was no other choice in that matter.

The problem also was that I had no internetconnection suddenly when I restarted my computer. Used Rkiller before, but that didn't find any kind of malicious activity on my computer. Finally when I reinstalled MBAM after all that and 2 restarts later, it seemed to be working again. I do hope that this was the last time with this problem though...

I have scanned with Spybot Search and Destroy, Avast and MBAM: Nothing found that could indicate that malware was the corprate in this. Hopefully that the problem is solved, but one question remains though...

Is there any way to get my lifetime account back? Lost all data and hope that help can be offered in this matter?
