daledoc1 Posted August 12, 2014 ID:865643 Share Posted August 12, 2014 Hi: There should have been 2 logs from FRST (FRST.txt and Addition.txt).If you didn't get them both, then it may because FRST has been run on this system before. So, please place a check-mark in the "Addition.txt" options and then re-run FRST and post back with both logs. Thanks!

daledoc1 Posted August 12, 2014 ID:865682 Share Posted August 12, 2014 Thanks. Until someone reviews the logs -- have you checked to see if there are updated drivers for it? Also, it might help to know the make, model and other specs for the mouse. Is it wired? Wireless? Bluetooth? (The other forum members might ask you to run some additional tools that provide more info about your hardware, e.g. Speccy...) Thanks.
