i have windows 7  fee edition of malwarebytes 2.o  first i only have option to do threat scan, no custome scan anymore.I used to have threat,and custom scan. availiable.

 

 I also dont have access to any advanced scab features, They are all greyed out.

i tried uninstalling ad reinsta;lling no help.

I dont know how to get it bacl where i can choose what to scan in a custom scan. it automatically defaults to threat scan onply.

Hpow do i fix?? PLEASEHELP !! DESPARITE!!

It sounds as if you had Malwarebytes 2.x version installed in trial mode, and that has expired, that will explain why your advanced options do not exist.

All scan types are available (as far as I know) in the Premium and Trial Version. Once your Trial is over Malwarebytes reverts to the Free Version (which I believe does not include the Hyper scan). You can not extend the Trial version, unless you purchase a license. That being said, lets try a clean re-install to see if it solves your issues...

Let's try this first....

• Please uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x
• If that does not correct the issue, then please read the following and post back the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs

  (the three files should be CheckResults.txt, FRST.txt and Addition.txt)
