Pop/tab up issue

Hello. My OS is windows vista home edition and I use the FireFox browser (31.0) and occasionally chrome.

 

I've been getting a popup or tabup in firefox and now chrome for some sort of malware link. I start the browser, it goes to the homepage (ighome), and then the tab up appears. It happens once out of every 30 startups or so.

 

The URL in the browsers address field of the tab that opens up starts off with lpmxp2085.com. In chrome the domain was popnexsus.com.

 

Malwarebytes and Malwarebytes anti rootkit finds nothing.  JRT, Adwcleaner, Avast Antivirus, and an online eset scan finds nothing.

Resetting the browsers also does not help. I did do a clean reinstall on FF and that seems to be helping so far however Chrome which I switched to briefly just experience the tab up.
