Admin account unable to access/Malwarebytes will no longer run

Recommended Posts

So I use a shared PC in my home, and my mom complained to me that pop-ups were appearing in IE the other day. I opened the task manager and noticed a few different processes that looked unfamiliar, including:

itibiti.exe

blasteroids.exe

and a couple of other ones.

I uninstalled Blasteroids as well as a couple of other programs that had been installed on the same day that didn't seem necessary.

Then I ran a full scan with Malwarebytes, which detected (I think) like 14 items and quarantined them. I went to the log and deleted the offending stuff. Then I restarted my computer. Upon restart, I reopened the task manager and several of the unfamiliar processes still running. I restarted my computer in safe mode and repeated the process of scanning with Malwarebytes and deleting the files it found to be hazardous.

I restarted in normal mode, and now I can't open Malwarebytes at all. I get an error message every time. I can't use many of the functions on my control panel. If I click on things it says 'access is denied' and anything involving administrator privileges is impossible.

I opened command prompt and attempted to re-enable the administrator account on the PC and that didn't work either. Same 'access is denied' message.

I'm afraid to touch anything else and I'm hoping that somebody here can help me, as I'm not sure how to proceed and don't want to create any more problems with my system. I attached the command prompt log from when I tried to re-enable the admin account, twp of the Malwarebytes logs, as well as some screencaps of different error messages I've been getting. Installer, audio, and many other basic services have been impossible to access so this is pretty frustrating.
