Clients not updating

I just rolled out MB to 74 clients. In the management console it shows all but 11 are on the 8/5 database, those 11 are on the 8/1 database (which is the day I installed it). If i try and do a manual update via the update database button nothing happens. Should I just uninstall / reinstall those clients?

Have you opened a support ticket with Malwarebytes for this issue?  If it was a Continuum site, they may have support history on it.  Regardless, they are much better suited to handle this than forum users...not many Management Console users on the forums, which limits availability of knowledgeable resources.

 

IF YOU DID HAVE STANDALONE CLIENTS, there is only one method to cleanly uninstall the program and remove all residue.  That is by using mbam_clean.  A quick search on the forums will point you to it (if you are not already aware of it).
