I'm new here. About a week ago, all of a sudden when browsing on Firefox, when I clicked on a link, it would load an intrusive adware type Window. I downloaded, installed and ran malwarebytes. It found a bunch of malware and I quarantined them as recommended by the program. The next time I got online, the same Windows started opening. I attempted to run malwarebytes again, and it wouldn't even open. I, then attempted to run spybot, and it wouldn't open. I then tried running ms essentials scan, same results. I then tried doing a system restore. When it rebooted, I got the Window I took a pic of and attached. I'm on my tablet now, because My computer won't even boot past that Window.I Googled the file and it took me to your page for removing infected files. That topic is locked. Can anyone help me? I'm not real techie, so please be gentle with me. Thanks for any help.

Hello and :welcome: :

We can't work on malware diagnostics and removal in this sub-section of the forum.

So, for expert assistance, I suggest that you please follow the advice in this pinned topic: Available Assistance For Possibly Infected Computers.

If the computer is so crippled that you cannot run the preliminary scanners requested in the pinned topic linked above, then please just EITHER start a new post in the malware removal section >>HERE<< anyway (explaining the situation), OR open a ticket at the help desk for email support >>HERE<<.

Then please wait for a helper.
A malware analyst will assist you with trying to get cleaned up and with repairing the damage.

In the interim, it might help if you can obtain a clean USB flash drive ("thumb drive") and your Windows Operating System disks that came with the computer, if you have them.

Thanks,
