I really don't get what everyone is saying. A virus is malware. So if Malwarebytes is an Anti-Malware product it should flag viruses. It also didn't detect the phishing link.

I would think that an antimalware program is a superset that includes antivirus. So not apples and oranges.

 

Besides saying that that it is an antimalware program not antivirus tell me one virus that is not malware.
