Cannot run update on the first time run (update will crush)-computer already infected by ransomware..

hi,,

 

yesterday, my pc got infected with some ransomware(zero unlocker) and it changes most of my files, data to encrypted type data..

 

so, I install the malwarebyte-anti malware. When first time use it, the app will crash when its trying to update the database.. seriously, I don't know what to do for this kind of problem..

please help as i don't know what else to do
