I'm not sure why you would not be able to open a topic in the MBAM support section.

If you are logged in (as you are) and were able to open a topic here (as you have), then you ought to be able to do so in the other forum section.

 

Have you tried clicking here on this >>>>>> button?
If that doesn't work, perhaps sign out from the forum, clear your browser cache/history/cookies (and try another browser session), or perhaps try a different browser?

 

Let's get your posting issues solved first, and then we will address the issue that brings you to the forum (presumably a problem installing or running MBAM).

It looks as if you have succeeded in opening a new topic in the MBAM Help section: Context Scan not working.

 

I'm glad this issue is now resolved.
