OK so it won't back up it says windows backup failed while trying to read shadow copy on one of the volumes being backed up. then microsoft security essentials auto deleted file:\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy15\Users\user\AppData\LocalLow\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\6.0\6\3f7c5286-3d9bde2f but it is still popping up, so should I continue with your instructions? you said to back up and not change anything and the backup failed and then that file got deleted. I want to do this right so i thought it would be best to ask.

autoKMS.exe is installed when you crack MS Office. (AKA: Piracy)
It's used to activate MS Office so you don't have to purchase it.

The forum rules:

If the people who run this forum come along and see it, they'll close the post and you won't receive any help.

OK so now i cant stream the news from their website. It says live stream not found your device may not be supported, unfortunately,  i just got the darn thing sat afternoon when all this happened. So, i hadn't have a chance to see if it played the live steam or not, but if phone can this should be able to right? i think it may be getting worse. being that i just got it i dont suppose a system restore back to where i hadn't downloaded anything yet would get rid of this stuff would it? probably wishful thinking, I'm also thinking of taking it back to our pc repair man and have him fix it and it is under his warranty. what do you think?

============================================================

Download the attached fixlist.txt to the same folder as FRST.exe/FRST64.exe.

Run FRST.exe/FRST64.exe and click Fix only once and wait

The tool will create a log (Fixlog.txt) in the folder, please post it to your reply.

----------------------------------------------------

Please download and run ComboFix.

The most important things to remember when running it is to disable all your malware programs and run Combofix from your desktop.

Please visit this webpage for download links, and instructions for running ComboFix

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/combofix/dl/12/ <---ComboFix direct download

Please make sure you click download buttons that look similar to this, not "sponsored ad links":

bleep-crop.jpg

Ensure you have disabled all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.

Information on disabling your malware programs can be found Here.

Make sure you run ComboFix from your desktop.

Give it at least 30-45 minutes to finish if needed.

Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply for further review.

---------->NOTE<----------

If you get the message Illegal operation attempted on registry key that has been marked for deletion after you run ComboFix....please reboot the computer, this should resolve the problem. You may have to do this several times if needed.
