redirect links in my browser

 Hello I have an annoying redirect hijacked browser, at least that is what I think you would call it, some of the text on my web pages are green with a double green line under them, if my mouse moves over the text a small window pops up with a link to something I am not interested in.

 

I cannot find a way to get rid of it, I have tried searching the FAQ's but I must be using the wrong words for searching as I find nothing. I have attached a screen dump of what I am getting. If anyone can help me out I would appreciate it.
