I'm not sure what you mean by a prompt to activate.There is an "Activate" link at the top of the dashboard (see below).(When you click the "Activate" button, please allow several seconds for the program to phone home and for the GUI to refresh to "Premium" in the top ribbon.) Do you mean the "Activate" link in the GUI/dashboard (Step 1 in the screenshot) or the "Activate" radio button (Step 3 in the screenshot)?If it's the latter, perhaps your computer is unable to contact the MBAM servers to activate the license.
