Not Fully Protected

Greetings,

 

When I open Malwarebytes, it says "Not Fully Protected"  Fix Now is in green.  When I click on the Fix Now, it does nothing.

 

also says "Unable to access update server"

 

also says "Real-Time Protection-No Protection.

 

I've tried to open a ticket but they say they are "Busy" and it will take 3-4 days to respond.

 

Any hints?

Let's try this first....

• Please uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x
• If that does not correct the issue, then please read the following and post back the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs

  (the three files should be CheckResults.txt, FRST.txt and Addition.txt)
