scheduled scan quarantines pips even though ignore is selected

Hello,

 

I just installed the latest version of pro and a scheduled scan ran overnight and quarantined some pups. I have pups set to ignore in settings.

 

Any ideas appreciated

If you wish, please post back with that particular scan log attached to your next reply here in that thread (let us know if you need help with that).

You can also restore those items from the Quarantine, if you wish -- however, just to be safe, it would probably be a good idea to have someone here look at the log before doing so.

Having said all that, if you think you might be infected (PUPs and/or actual malware), and you'd like help with that, please start with the advice in this pinned topic: Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers.  A malware expert will assist you with scanning & cleaning the system.
