Recommended Posts

I have problem with Malwarebytes try icon. When I wish to close program, I can't, he stay resistent in try, bat doesn't work at all. Nieder I can call program, nor close him. And in Task Manager can't kill his process, so I must restart sistem.

What must I do, so that after closing program he really be closed, not to go in try?

Hello suadnovic:

  • Right-click the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (MBAM) icon in the Windows System Tray.
  • Left-click Exit.
Please let us know in a reply to this thread if this solved your issue.

Thank you.

Hello suadnovic:

I apologize for failing to glean that from your original post. If you are trying to exit MBAM from an Administrator account, and unsuccessful, then let us start here:

  • Please try the following and let us know if this corrects your issue: MBAM Clean Removal Process 2.x.
  • If that does not correct the issue, then please read the following and individually attach the 3 requested logs in a reply to this thread: Diagnostic Logs.
  • The 3 files, from Step 2, to be individually attached from your desktop are: 1) CheckResults.txt 2) FRST.txt 3) Addition.txt. Please do not Copy and Paste them into a reply.
  • NOTE: There is an FAQ section with valuable information located in Common Questions, Issues, and their Solutions.
Please let us know the status of your issue in a reply to this thread.

Thank You. :)

The Event Logs seem to indicate your computer is either infected or is having a severe software conflict.

I would suggest following the advice from the topic here Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers and having one of the Experts assist you with looking into your issue.

Thanks
