Scanned my PC, can't use the internet.

I'm using my laptop (My desktop is the one I need help with).

 

So I used Malwarebyte to remove an Adware, but after I scanned my PC I couldn't access the internet any more (I use Windows 8.1)

I've been looking through the forums for help, but found nothing so far.

I can use Steam, but only my friends list, and on  my friends list some pictures/avatars do not show up (Including my own), but that's about it, I cannot access the store, play online, or even use my browser.
