I found the "Weekly" setting didn't work. After wasting a lot of time with MB email support, I found that scheduling for Daily, repeat every 7 days performs the weekly scans I want.

I found the "Weekly" setting didn't work. After wasting a lot of time with MB email support, I found that scheduling for Daily, repeat every 7 days performs the weekly scans I want.

 
This is actually a very old topic based on an older version of the program.
So the problem and the solution then might not work now.
 
I see that you might be having scheduler issues or questions, as you have also posted in another user's topic here?
 
In order for us to be able to better assist you, it would greatly help if you could please do the following:

 

• Please read the following to produce 3 diagnostic logs  - Diagnostic Logs (the 3 logs are: FRST.txt, Addition.txt and CheckResults.txt).
• Then, please start a NEW, SEPARATE topic (attaching those 3 logs to the new post) using the button.

The staff and experts will be able to more easily provide you with customized, individual help to get you up and running.
