MBAM has stopped running

It's 2014 now and I am having this same problem. Malwarebytes support could not help me. I do not have Norton. It worked fine for years then with the "new" version trouble. I kinda think it might be a windows update problem but my wife's works fine on her laptop. I tried uninstall and everything support asked me to. Could not find any rootkits or anything. Lately Microsoft security online check did find something in Java wich I uninstalled and reinstalled new. I was hoping that was the problem but it was not. I have also tried renaming the files etc... Any help would be nice. I miss Malwarebytes :(

Sorry to hear you are having issues.
Each computer is unique.
Problems that sound "the same" most often are not.
The same is true for solutions.
They most often need to be individualized.

This is especially so because anything in this ancient thread is terribly outdated (program version, solutions, etc). :)

Please start a NEW, SEPARATE topic using the cjfj.png button.
The staff and experts will be able to more easily provide you with individual help to get your issues sorted and the program working properly on your computer.
