Hueristics

I am not even sure what Heuristics is but after running my scan, as an automated scan, the scan logs comes up as Heuristics being disabled.  I don't think that I want it disabled but, I don't know where to change it.  What do I do?

Hi:
 
There are some known "logging"/"cosmetic" bugs with the current version that are on the fix list for a future release.
On certain systems, those bugs display certain options as "disabled" in the scan logs, even when they are enabled.
 
You can check your settings to be sure that option is enabled, as shown in the screen shot.
(It is enabled by default during installation/upgrade.)
 
If this doesn't explain or resolve your issues, then please feel free to read the following and post back attached to your next reply the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs (the 3 logs are: FRST.txt, Addition.txt and CheckResults.txt)
