windows security popup

We have a popup that we are having difficulty removing. Only popping up in outlook. Square box reading WINDOWS SECURITY. In the box it reads connecting to office. Microsoft.com  Underneath is reads enter your credentials. I have been in contact with Microsoft and apparently it is a virus but Malware bytes is not picking it up.

Can anyone advise how to remove this please.

If you have run an updated, on-demand, Threat Scan with all Detection Options checked and no malware was detected, and a similar on-demand scan with your system's updated Anti-Virus application also found nothing then:
