Won't Boot After Scan

Today on my all three computers have same issues. I decided to scan all computer after i update definition today 7/26/2014. All detect Trojan.falsems.ed on all of three machines. it seesm that as soon as it detected, the system start to unstable and won't boot after it apply the action. 

 

is there issue with the update?

I think something similar has happened to my PC. I can't even boot into safe mode. I've no idea how to restore the quarantined files, any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can try 2 things for now:

This happened due to a False Positive on the database version v2014.07.26.09.  If you have the latest database v2014.07.27.02, you should not encounter this error.
