Ran a full Malwarebytes scan last night deleted 34 "pups"now windows refuses to start.

Titles says it all. Lucky for me im running on bootcamp so i maybe able to clean the drive itself from the mac side. Is there anyway i can help and avoid this in the future or help getting the windows side cleaned?

It would be pretty unusual for PUPs removal to render the system unbootable.

It sounds as if there is something else going on with the system, perhaps more serious malware or even a rootkit.

No way to know for sure without logs.

A malware analyst will assist you for free with looking into your issue.
