I'm not sure what if safe to delete

            I'm new here and I was wondering whether or not I should delete all things that have been quarantined in Malwarebyes and my anti-virus, Avast. I have been having them in the quarantine for so long and my computer hasn't really acted up. But I've read that deleting viruses from the quarantine is not safe at all. I just need to know whether or not they are safe to delete, cause all they are doing is taking up space and I need that space for my computer to run more efficiently. Please help, thanks.
