1. I got irritated that I can not email your sales. I have to waste my time creating an account on this forum, verify your email in my webmail, and then log in here and post. You are making it easy *for you*, not for your *prospective customer*, the one *you want money from*. -1.

 

2. What does your product defend against? Where are the test reviews? You don't provide your product to independent auditors for review, the reason seems to be 'too expensive'. Strange, as you get money from paying customers. -1

 

3. How do I know I am not buying a cat in the bag? The scarce reviews I could find thanks to uncle google tell me your product does by no means stand out and fails many threats. That may be false info, but then again, your site doesn't provide any detailed info about your product, and the FAQs on this forum appear to deal only with how to fix your product not working.

 

Business buyer here, looking for 250 licences for my sites.

 

Btw, how do I find out if a reseller is legitimite, and not a scam?

 

First time as VP IT that I had to go to a forum to talk to a possible vendor.

Thank you to the both of you for your responses.

 

1. Yes, I have also sent an email: no response whatsoever.

2. The links at the Business page are marketing materials, nothing more. No hard data, no raw results, just a lot of text (the 'case study' deals with how happy the college is with how easy it is to install MWB, the datasheet is the same: marketing).

 

In my line of business I am used to getting factual proof about test results, not text 'they are being tested' and then nothing.

  Hi,

 

  I don't know if this thread is still being monitored, however, I have had a terrible time contacting Malwarebytes as well. I sent through a re-seller inquiry about 6 months ago with no reply. I sent through an inquiry to purchase the business product 4 days ago as well as another re-seller inquiry. We look after hundreds of computers, all with a recommendation to install Malwarebytes, but it seems that they don't want our customer's money.

  This has been very disappointing and a bit of a surprise knowing how good the actual product is. If we don't hear back soon, we will look at another product.
