Infections that Never go away

Hello, i've just recently gotten this program and i've ran a scan and i always seem to get the 2 Same "infections". I've tried to remove, restart my laptop but they always either resurrect or never seem to go away. The vendors are : Trojan.agent and Malware trace. One being a registry key (the malware trace) and the other, just saying a file in my appdata folder Not too sure what else to try because i've ran Symantex scanners, nothing comes up. Anyways, thanks in advance. I hope we can resolve this issue !
