Trojan.Agent and Heuristics - Can Delete

Everytime I run Malwarebytes - it comes up with two issues:

Trojan.Agent

Heuristics.Malware

I keep deleted them and restarting the computer but they still show up on the next scan. What do I do? Here is the scan report.
