"Invalid Format" as Last Scan Result

As with your last ticket, this is much better suited for response by our Technical Support department.  Logs will be needed, as will troubleshooting.  I have alerted Lazz to this issue.  If your last ticket is still open (I don't know the answer to that question), this should be added to it.
