Support ticket not being replied to

Hello KennyLulz:

We do apologize for the long wait. The 4th of July holiday and vacations may have taken their toll.

The Malwarebytes' Consumer Support Help Desk portal is still flying the "Alert" box with an up to four days delay message. Since the weekend subtracts two days, it could still be today that your request comes to the front of the queue.

We will leave this topic open though. Please let us know tomorrow (Tuesday), if you haven't been contacted. Please do make sure you check your email's Spam or Junk folder just in case your Help Desk email gets diverted there.
