RDP over VPN disconnecting since installation of MBEP?

It's seems too coincidental, that after deploying endpoint security, and adjusting delay times, and sync times, and update times with multiple policies, we are experiencing many disconnects from our remote users. They seem to be random, and intermittent, but there are far too many of them suddenly happening in the time frame when we installed this.

 

Has anyone else experienced this issue? The rdp users don't have it installed at home of course, but it is installed on the systems they're remoting into to work from.

 

Anyone?  Anyone? Bueller?

Sorry for the delay. We have been knocking our heads against a wall, trying to get this fixed. There were no blocks in secirity logs. We couln't remove it from a specific user, and had to remove all.

 

Before I go any further I would like to point out that the problem was NOT malwarebytes products.

 

After weeks of trying everything we could think of, it turned out the problem was with Cisco, and was intermittent enough to make it hard to pin down the source, but regular enough to cause problems, which was why we couldn't remove and test one user. We weren't sure when/if they would experience the problem. I won't bore anyone with the details. I just wanted to make it clear Malwarebytes wasn't the cause.
