malwarebytes has stopped working

Hello jeff3902:

The logs indicate the computer may have undergone either incomplete or un-guided malware removal that may be interfering with your Trial version of MBAM2.

I recommend following the advice from the topic: Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers and have one of the Malware Removal Experts assist you with your issue.

If, as recommended, you do open a topic in Malware Removal Help, please make reference to this thread.

In addition to 1PW's excellent advice, your checkresults.txt log suggests that the steps in this pinned topic MIGHT resolve your immediate MBAM issue: What to do: Runtime error - database stuck on 2014.03.04 - program stopped

 

If it does, then at least we can get your MBAM up and running correctly first.

Having said that (or if it does NOT resolve it), since you were recently infected, then I would still certainly proceed with 1PW's excellent advice to have one of the malware experts assist you with checking the system.

Malware remnants and/or damage might be the root cause of the MBAM problems.

The help in the malware removal section or help desk is free and will only cost you a bit of your time.
