Malwarebytes and my Anti-virus software won't run

Malwarebytes and my Anti-virus software won't run

 

Tried all of the stuffs found in the internet.

 

From running rkill.exe and it's variants, from using ComboFix.exe, and running Malwarebytes Chameleon (up to #13 more than twice) but to no avail.

 

Malwarebytes won't still run, my antivirus software (Bitdefender free edition) won't enable.

 

Please help.

Let's try this first....

• Please uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x
• If that does not correct the issue, then please read the following and post back the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs

  (the three files should be CheckResults.txt, FRST.txt and Addition.txt)

Also tried using mbam-rules.exe and mbam-check-2.1.1.1001.exe but failed.

Tried the 1st step and it worked I think I've already cleaned my pc because malwarebytes has'nt detected anything.

 

Also uninstalled/installed bitdefender free and it's now working. Will try to check if all is still ok after restarting.
