Malicious website protection won't enable

I have removed MWB using mbam-clean-2.1.1.1001.exe and then reinstalled MWB.  The Dashboard still shows that "Malicious Website Protection Disabled" on my Win7-64 system. When I click on the Fix Now button, the "Malicious Website Protection Disabled...." message changes for an instant and then reappears. Attached are the files created by  Farbar Recovery Scan Tool.
