Malwarebytes Anti-Malware software - warning sign on notification on Windows 7

I do not know what the warning sign on the notification for Malwarebytes on my Windows 7 laptop means.  Everything is protected, scanned and checked. 

 

I need assistance and further questions asked to resolve this matter.
