Help needed - Malwarebytes won't install

Hey guys

I was wondering if anyone can help...I've been trying to clear my laptop up using the newest version of Malwarebytes, but it won't install properly.

 

It stops at

C:\Program Files (x86)\Malwarebytes Anti-Malware\Chameleon\mbam-chameleon.com
and says

An error occured whilst trying to read source file. Access is denied

I had a look around and read that I should try the chameleon program which I downloaded and tried to run. When I clicked each of the links on the page they just showed a "tick" and said "tested" and didn't do anything else.

Any able to help me with this problem. There's obviously something on my computer or Malwarebytes would install but I am at a loss of how to find a remove it.

Sounds like you may already be infected, and the infection itself is preventing you from installing MBAM...
