Then suddenly it wasn't up when i logged in and when I try to start it it will load the allow screen then I click yes but then nothing. Restarted done it first thing after logging on tried opening it in a number of way, nothing. I thought it might help so I uninstalled it to reinstall it and log into the same thing but when it goes through the uninstaller a number of different runtime error messages pop up and it will eventually get done but not install or create the program. My computer is a windows 8 64 bit with norton 360 year paid and iolo system mechanic. I make sure my computer is always running properly and everything but this bugs me since norton and iolo still work. Right before that failed my main web browser, torch, crashed and wouldn't start properly so I had to switch to google chrome, however I believe that to be a fault of my own. needhelp1thing Posted July 19, 2014 Author ID:854993 Share Posted July 19, 2014 Thank you it worked, however the reinstall was for a free trial, is there any way to get back my premium? I've already put it on 3 computers in my home so if I put the log in number things they gave me again should it recognize the computer or will I have to buy it all over again? daledoc1 Posted July 19, 2014 ID:854998 Share Posted July 19, 2014 Hi: No, you don't need to purchase it again.If it is a 3-PC, subscription license, as long as you activate the license on no more than 3 computers at a time, you are fine.(Lifetime, 1-PC, consumer licenses may be activated on only 1 PC at a time.) Just click the "Activate" link in the dashboard > enter the ID & key > Click the "Activate" button and then wait a few seconds (for the program to phone home to the servers), it will then refresh the GUI to show that you are back to "Premium". Their contact information is in this helpdesk topic: How do I obtain my license key or confirmation email? Until you sort it out, you can continue to use the 14-day Trial version, which is exactly the same as the fully licensed, Premium version. If you lost your ID and License Key then send an email to: cs@cleverbridge.com cs@cleverbridge.com Phone: +1-866-522-6855 Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (CST) Also, their contact info can be found HERE. When you get the email Print it out Malwarebytes Tech support does not have any access to, or information pertaining to any sales\shipping\user account\registration issues.
