Rootkit error 20025

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Got the same problem (error 20025) for a couple of days...

I just read your previous posts.

I followed the steps indicated in the MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x.

I have a Premium version, but when I tried to reinstall MB, I wasn't prompted to enter my ID/password again. I assume the cleaning process wasn't complete...

Here are the 3 diagnostic reports.

Can you let me know what I can do?

Thanks in advance!

Hello DreamOn:

The logs indicate your MBAM Premium product was installed in June and this likely indicates that the detailed steps regarding the MBAM Clean process may not have been completely followed regarding the Self Protection Module or more.

Please repeat step 1 (MBAM Clean Removal Process 2.x) in the list, and only if your issue has not been corrected, proceed to step 2. You may skip Log Set 1 in this event.

Thank you.
